1. Services
Oshovskyi Studio provides web development, design, and digital marketing services. The specific scope of work for each project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW).
2. Project Engagement
Projects begin upon receipt of a signed SOW and the initial deposit. We follow an agile development process with regular milestones and feedback loops.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, full intellectual property rights for the developed code, design, and assets are transferred to the client. Oshovskyi Studio retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio.
4. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed, a 50% deposit is required to start a project, with the remaining balance due upon completion or as milestones are met. Late payments may result in a delay in project delivery.
5. Limitation of Liability
Oshovskyi Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or developed products.
